Philippine Youth Congress in Information Technology 2008

Reaction paper

On the 5th day of September 2008, the Philippine Youth Congress in Information Technology 2008 prepared a seminar for the BSIT and BSCS student held at the UP Theatre located at UP Diliman.

The venue of the seminar was good and the organizer set a well organized seminar for all participants in that event. The guess speakers of that event deliver their topic clearly and well discussed. I learned a lot in the seminar and was amazed on the different kind of topic discussed by the speaker. In the first speaker, I learned about the different kinds of computers, laptops, notebooks and many more. Then in the second speaker, I learned about how to handle a business even you’re at home using only a computer. Then in the third speaker, I learned about how to make animation and how creative the Filipino are in the field of animation their group named (CREAM). Then in the fourth speaker, I learned that certification is very important to a person who look’s for a job especially a fresh graduate. Then in the fifth speaker, I learned that you can control a device using a computer and a mobile phone, I’m amazed on this topic because our technology today so advance than the past years. Then in the last speaker, I learned about how to make a simple but interesting computer game on line, then his next topic explains that we can locate a place and we can go their in a second by clicking only our mouse Isn’t it so amazing right, his last topic tells about the solar system and the milky way you can create your on solar system on that said topic. I learned and enjoyed a lot in this seminar and help me to know more about how valuable the computer in a person’s life in this computer world.
